    Ellen Imhof, DVM, Practice Owner

    Dr. Ellen Imhof received her DVM degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1983. She began practicing at the Aurora Veterinary Clinic directly after graduation and purchased the practice in 1997. She then began transitioning her interests from small animal/equine to strictly small animal. She opened a second practice-the Mantua Veterinary Clinic and also has two boarding facilities- the Aurora Kennel for dogs and cats and the Cat Nap Inn- a cats only boarding facility.

    She is a member of the AVMA, OVMA, GCVMA, CAVM and serve as a member of the Pet Animal Committee of the OVMA.

    Dr. Imhof and husband Tim Matlock (DVM 1978) have two children, one is in graduate school and the other is attending The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She has three cats and one dog- a lab/corgi mix (a cardigan retriever!).

    Her interests include reading, hiking, camping and walking. She also participates annually in the Breast Cancer 3-Day and Alzheimer walks.

  • Stacy Burns, DVM

    Stacy Burns, DVM

    After graduating from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1990, Dr. Stacy ( Hallabrin) Burns started working at the Aurora Veterinary and Mantua Veterinary Clinics in August 1991 as a full time associate veterinarian.

    Dr. Burns resides in Streetsboro with her husband, Ron, two very special and lovely rescue beagles, "Peanut" and "Maggie Mae", and six crazy kitties.

    When not working or going to continuing education classes, Dr. Burns enjoys photography, scrapbooking, rubberstamping and walking her beagles.

  • Holly Hayes, DVM

    Holly Hayes, DVM

    Dr. Holly Hayes attended The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. While at OSU, Dr. Hayes was the president of The Ohio State Student Chapter of the American Veterinary Medical Association and representative to the Mark Morris Foundation. Upon graduation in 1999, Dr. Hayes recieved the Senior Service Award.

    Currently Dr. Hayes works part time as a veterinarian and full time raising her two great girls, Tara and Maya, along with her husband Konrad.

  • Tracey Hitchcock, DVM

    Tracey Hitchcock, DVM

    Dr. Hitchcock, who grew  up on a northeast Ohio dairy farm combined her fascination with animals and her interest in science into a career in veterinary medicine. She graduated from Hiram College with a degree in Biology followed by a DVM from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006.

    Dr. Hitchcock's veterinary interests include soft tissue surgery  including many ophthalmic surgeries and internal medicine. Dr. Hitchcock has completed course work in basic and advanced laser surgery, advanced and  5-day intensive ultrasound, and advanced canine and feline dentistry

    Dr. Hitchcock is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Ohio Veterinary Association and the American Animal Hospital Association.

    Dr. Hitchcock and her husband Scott, also a Veterinarian, have a beautiful daughter, Sydney and a handsome son named  Sullivan. Their household is full wih two dogs,"Spirit" a husky and "Penny" a medium mixed breed. They also have two cats, "Duke" and "Katey". All furry family members were adopted while Scott and Tracey were in veterinary school.

    Her outside interests are spending time with family, watching movies and outdoor activities.

  • Jennifer Kartley, DVM

    Jennifer Kartley, DVM

    Dr. Jennifer Kartley began working in the practice as part of the client service team in August of 1999 while she pursued her undergraduate degree at Hiram College. After completing veterinary school at The Ohio State University in June of 2007, she returned to the practice as a full time associate veterinarian. Dr. Kartley is originally from Mansfield, Ohio but now  resides in rural Geauga County with her husband, son and many four legged family members.

    Dr. Kartley avidly pursues continuing education to obtain the cutting edge information necessary to give clients and their pets the best care available. Her passion for education does not end there, Dr. Kartley also mentors many students interested in the veterinary profession. Not only does she allow highly motivated students to shadow her in the clinic, but she also helps guide them through the arduous application process to enter veterinary college.

  • Robin Rosen-Sharp, DVM

    Robin Rosen-Sharp, DVM


    Dr. Robin Rosen-Sharp joined the the practice in March of 1993. She is a 1983 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine.

    Dr. Rosen-Sharp, a general medicine practitioner, has a special interest in avian and exotic medicine and enjoys both surgical and medical cases. Dedicated to her profession, she is continually learning new  techniques in veterinary medicine to help keep the Aurora and Mantua Veterinary Clinics progressive in their services.

    Dr. Rosen-Sharp is married and lives in Aurora with her husband John, her daughter, Lauren and her son, Joshua. She enjoys bird watching, crafts and cooking
