The Role
Our Client Service Team members begin the open communication with owners that is necessary to provide comprehensive care to our patients at Aurora Animal Care Center. Your Responsibilities include:
- Open inviting personality with customer service focus
- Competency in computer applications- we are happily paper lite
- Accurately interpret and apply medical record history
- Screen, direct, and document all client communications
- Review of treatment plans with owners
- Utilize point of sale equipment to process payments
- Collaboration with entire team and training of support staff
- Completion of Fear Free Certification
- Completion of continuing education regarding veterinary medicine advancements utilized in the practice

Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Transportation to all three locations
- Ability to work night and weekend hours
