Black Dog underwater treadmill Aurora Animal Care Community is happy to announce we have underwater treadmill therapy located at the Aurora Veterinary clinic. This service is open to all of our Aurora, Streetsboro and Mantua Clients.

The underwater treadmill has many benefits in dog and cat rehabilitation. The water temperature is around 85 degrees. This provides comfort by relaxing muscles and decreasing pain during the session. Water buoyancy will decrease the weight and or stress your pet puts on their joints. This decrease of pressure will let them extend and flex their joints more. Goals for the underwater treadmill for your pet would include strengthening, improving and or maintaining muscle mass. The treadmill will help promote balance and coordination as well.
